I specialize in technical support, cybersecurity fundamentals, and clear, practical communication. My work ranges from troubleshooting hardware and software issues to developing security policies, creating instructional videos, and producing cybersecurity awareness materials. I take pride in explaining complex topics in a way anyone can understand, whether it’s a customer, a classmate, or someone new to technology. The projects in this portfolio highlight my strengths in documentation, emerging technologies, and real‑world problem‑solving.
My path into IT has been anything but traditional. I spent over twenty years as a CNC machinist producing components for naval nuclear reactors before transitioning into the technology field. That experience shaped how I approach challenges—methodically, patiently, and with a focus on precision. Today, I work as a Level 2 Support Agent while completing my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Cybersecurity and Forensics at Kent State University. Every step of this journey has reinforced my commitment to learning, adapting, and improving.
Looking ahead, I’m focused on building a career centered around cybersecurity and public education. One of my long‑term goals is to create a business dedicated to teaching cybersecurity awareness to elderly individuals and veterans—two groups frequently targeted by online scams. I want to use my technical background and communication skills to help people stay safe, confident, and informed in a digital world. Beyond that, I aim to continue growing as an IT professional, expanding my expertise in security, cloud technologies, and emerging tools that shape the future of the industry.
